Program Manager项目经理-JD（外资急聘18K-25K）
招聘重点：
1、 EMS工厂经验（有待工厂经验）；
2、 熟悉PCBA产品、
3、 有丰富的开发客户及跟进客户、销售沟通经验；开发新客户和维护现在客户、支持海外销售人员业务；
4、 英文说写流利。

岗位职责 ：
1.对客户提供专业的业务支持和服务；
2. 跨部门的客户关系管理及项目跟进工作；
3. 支持销售部和报价团队，从现在的客户获得新的业务。满足现有客户需求，帮助客户解决棘手问题。
4. 负责管理新项目、新产品工艺流程，每周更新新产品进度电子表格给客户，确保客户和公司双方了解进度，及解决新产品试运行和运行中的棘手问题
5. 跨部门的团队管理和供应商管理工作，同相关部门共事解决项目需求，确保新项目按时交付完成。
6. 对重要事项或复杂项目每周同客户安排电话会议，在会议前发会议议题及新产品电子表格给客户，会议后通过邮件概括关键事项，与客户确保零距离沟通。
7. 领导团队进行DFX评审并提出改进建议，以提高内部和外部的试产/量产/废品率，然后与客户沟通执行变更项目.
8. 管理相关业务及保持每年业务增长，能主动开发本地业务公司给予额外奖励。
9..跨部门团队管理，对生产过程中出现的项目问题如（材料、质量、产量等）提出解决方案，确保产品按时交付给客户。
10.培养跨部门团队的成本意识，对可能导致成本损失的潜在质量问题立即采取行动。
11.对项目工程师提供培训、提高团队工作能力、项目管理和沟通技巧等，不仅关注细节问题，而且关注整体状态。
12. 支持销售工作，额外的成本费用(如：现货、运费、特殊情况…），由客户下单自行承担，不仅满足客户，而且满足公司和供应商。
13. 要求客户每月更新所需的交货日期，然后与计划员一起工作，不要购买太多的材料。客户的使用库存不超过3个月。
14. 向公司管理层报告未完成的项目工作，在必要时寻求高级管理支持。
15. 定期进行内部和客户的项目评审，以评估项目状态结果

岗位要求：
1、大学本科、机械工程学（工科背景）
2、8年以上PCBA/EMS工业行业经验（汽车或医疗行业优先考虑）或EMS工厂经验（有待工厂经验）
3、5年以上PCBA项目/产品/项目管理经验，有PMP证优先
4、英语听说写流利、电脑操作熟练
5、有丰富的开发客户及跟进客户、工作经验；开发新客户和维护现在客户、支持海外销售人员业务
6、具有较强的领导能力，分析问题和解决问题能力；
7、精通项目管理、质量手册、ERP系统、ISO 9001; TS16949/ISO13485;
8、积极主动、善于沟通；
9、在客户和公司高层面前具有较强的自信心，且确保项目满足客户的需求。

Program Manager---项目经理（急聘）

1. Provide a single point of business focus for assigned customers in program matrix environment.

2. Work as leader of cross-function customer focus team to manage assigned customers/programs.

3. Work with Sales and quotation team to win new business from existing customers. Meet existing customer when they visit VEXOS, then discuss and work out solution to fix outstanding issues/ concerns with them.

4. Manage NPI process for new program when PO released to VEXOS, then update NPI Spreadsheet to customers by weekly, to make sure that both VEXOS & Customer are always on the same page of latest status, outstanding issues of sample build & pilot run.

5. Manage cross function team and supplier to work on new project activity to ensure project deliverable is achieved on schedule and work with related parties to solve the gating items.

6. Set up weekly conference call for important or complicated program with customer, release agenda list and attach NPI Spreadsheet to customer before meeting and then recap key discussion via email after meeting, to make sure zero communication gap.

7. Lead team to conduct DFX review and make change recommendation to improve internal and external testing yield/manufacturability/ scrap rate etc. then communicate with customer to implement the changes.

8. Manage the assigned business and grow it year over year. Develop business from local customer is motivated with extra bonus.

9. Lead cross function team to work out solution to fix gating items (material, quality, capacity etc) occur in mass production and then to ensure products are delivered to customer on committed date.

10. Cultivate cost consciousness to cross function team, take immediate action to any potential quality issue which may bring cost loss to VEXOS.

11. Provide training to Project Engineer, improve capability of team work, project management and communication skill etc. not only focus on detail issues, but also on overall status_ begin with the end in mind.

12. Address additional cost (including Spot Buy, Freight cost, Special Case…) to customer and then co-work with Sales to ask customer to release PO to cover the cost. Not only satisfy customer, but also satisfy VEXOS and supplier.

13. Ask customer to update required delivery date for blanket PO by monthly, then work with planner NOT to buy much material over demand. Charge obsolete/ excessive stock to customer which cannot be used within 3 months due to ECO, Design Issue or EOL of the program.

14. Report outstanding program issues to VEXOS top management and seek for functional and senior management support if necessary

15. Conducts regular program reviews, both internally and with customer, in order to assess program status results

Qualification Requirements

1. BSME or BSEE are minimum requirements.

2. Over 8 years of experience in PCBA/EMS industrial (knowing automotive/Medical is preferred depending on assigned customer)

3. Over 5 years of project/product/program management experience. PMP is a plus.

4. Fluent written and Oral English.

5. Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Microsoft Project

6.Excellent skill and leadership in analyzing and solving the problems

7. Knowledge about project management, quality tool, ERP, ISO 9001; TS16949/ISO13485 depending on assigned customer

8. Proactively communicates status and actions in a professional manner
