Responsibilities:

    

？ Manage, support and help distributors in the assigned regions;

    

？ Maintain the good relationship with existing distributors in the assigned regions;

• Provide training and technical support to dealers;

        

？ Identification of potential customers and establish contact, develop end customers together with distributors;

• Sales preparation and customer visits, including presentation, plans, pricing;

        

？ Regular reporting (weekly report, visit report and object report);

    

？ Fulfill CRM (customer relationship management) system;

    

？ Participate the trade shows;  

• Contract negotiation with dealers;

        

？ Fulfill the sales tasks assigned from company.

    

    

Requirements:

    

？ Must to have at least 3 years sales experiences in the building material industry;

    

？ Experienced in in-direct sales with dealers;

    

？ Out-going, communicative, customer service minded;

    

？ Adapt to frequent business trips;

    

？ At least could write and read English.
