职位描述
Location: 漕河泾
Responsibilities:
Develop positive relationship with Chinese OE customers and Group OE personnel
Secure seamless communication between the customers and us to the suppliers to avoid supply disruption
Be consultant and problem solver for the customer
Grow the turnover and profit in line with expectations/business plan
Support OES Sales Manager China
Representing towards 3rd parties in line with mission statement
Manage / flex the turnover in line with expectations/business plan
Manage daily business with customers
Regular proactive customer contact
Manage parts portfolio
Secure commercial policies and principles
Manage product life-cycle as well under commercial aspects and secure seamless pre-NPI and NPI processes
Sales price calculation
Monitor sales and profit development
Obtain advanced customer forecast information to schedule the demand properly
Various customer analysis
Manage the Material Planning
Business Planning activities
Requirements:
University degree or equivalent
Technical understanding
Fluent English
Experience in Sales and Purchasing
Automotive knowledge
Native Chinese and understanding of other cultures
Process knowledge and experience
Project management
good experience in using MS-Office (calculation, database, presentation, text)
Knowledge of ERP-Systems, preferably BPCS
Presentation skills
High level negotiation skills
