Responsibilities:
1.Provide high level supporting service to the General Manager. Perform routine administrative support tasks including schedule management meeting, travel co-ordination, expense application & approvals , meeting memo, Translation, Conference call and etc.
2.Coordinate internally with other support services. Ensure prompt and courteous service to the GM. Communicates with multiple groups and other Senior Management Team for facilitation of well business communication.
3.Maintain a professional filing system, both electronically and manually, to support the information and management needs of the business.
4.Able to deal with emergency issues independently or takes initiative measures when GM is out of the office.

Qualifications:
1.University Degree, Strong commercial experience, fluent English translation skills, and good schedule management.
2.Good personality & people skill.
3.Skilled in Office software. Be doing well in Creating Power Point Presentations, Word Documents, and Excel Spreadsheets that conform to standards.
4.5 years working experience, exposure to international business practices in a plus.
5.Good communication and co-ordination skills. Some ambiguity tolerance, ability to cope with a changing environment.
6.Ability to have good priority setting, understand working in a global setting.
7.Willing to travel.
