Job Responsibilities工作内容

(A) Project Audit and Risk Assessment

· Provide independent, objective assurance on overall control performance of businesses and support units of the Group

· Provide value-added advice to unit management on matters relating to: (i) internal control, risk management and corporate governance; and (ii) operational effectiveness and efficiency.

· Formulate a comprehensive audit plan for delivering the project audit mission.

· Strengthen the existing internal control, risk management and corporate governance framework through performing scheduled and ad-hoc audits and different types of risk control reviews

· Provide value-added advices to business and support units for improving efficiency and effectiveness of existing operations.

(B) Compliance

· Engage with internal and external operation issues to ensure smooth running of business

· Monitor construction work in progress and verify project completion

· Ensure that the projects are operated in accordance with the approved plans and standards

· Prepare weekly/monthly reports of working progress for all projects and prepare necessary documentation for closure of construction projects

· Prepare management report on the progress of each project highlighting the issues, challenges, solutions, etc.

(C) Review of Contractors’ Competencies and Quality

· Ensure service is efficient, effective and of high consistent quality

· Ensure that the contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors and consultants are in compliance with regulated provisions

· Ensure policies and procedures formats are followed, receive and review invoices

· Provide constructive feedback during the review of appointment/renewal of contractors based on their quality of services, etc.

(D) Lead and supervise a team of compliance managers/executives

(E) Others

· Undertake other special assignments and related duties as and when required by Group Managing Director

· Establish strong rapport and credibility with existing member of management team

Job Requirments岗位要求

（A）Education Requirements

· At least a Bachelor degree in Civil & Structural engineering, Building, Architecture, real estate management, construction management or related discipline from an accredited College / University

（B）Required level of experiences

· Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience. China working experience will be an added advantage

· Project auditing and compliance experience working in a construction project including principles and practices used in the monitoring of construction projects

· Thorough understanding end-to-end project development including project planning, contract planning and project management phases of a construction project

· Ability to read and interpret a variety of construction plans and blueprints

· Ensure construction compliance with established contract specifications

· Ability to work independently and handle multiple work assignments on timely manner

· Ability to interact effectively, clearly and concisely with all levels of the organisation and demonstrates the Ability to collaborate and cooperate across organisational boundaries
