职位描述
本职位工作地点在重庆或宁波
l对吹塑，机加中心，装配线的机器故障进行分析并采取措施；
l与SMED团队合作以缩短变更时间；
l每天检查生产团队的TPM 1＆2完成情况；
l实施4M变更程序;
l每天在空压机房和电气室检查TPM 1＆2；
l执行TPM 3＆4级别并记录活动和结果；
l协助过程工程师开机；
l协助安装新机器；
l协助供应商或TPM 5级；
l负责生产线的停机，负责MTBF，MTTR，停机时间；
l其他工作由主管或经理安排。
