This position is recruiting for Finance Share Service center and located in kunshan China.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Collect vendor's invoice, sorting and verification;
2. Invoice handling including PO or non-PO, vendor or Employee claim and AP memo;
3. 3-way matching and contact with plant purchasing , warehouse to resolve the issue ;
4. Investigate and analyze GRNI report timely and ensure GRNI transactions are processed accurately;
5. Determine prepaid amortization rule and complete standard template;
6. Month end AP close and Analyze the aging of AP, responsible for reviewing ,communicating with buyers and vendors of past due AP;
7. Ccomparison with most recent 3 months actual and prepare non-PO/Open PO services accrual;
8. Input VAT verification and reconciliation and send report to plant finance;
9. Payments run and generate VGF requirement report for monthly batch payment and cash forecast; Monthly payment booking in ERP system.
10. Monitor compliance with analysis of possible duplicate payments
11. Drive for AP Days improvement;
12. Ensure SOX compliance in AP function;
13. CIP entry and collection and send reconciliation list to plant each month end;
14. Vendor management and process improvement;
15. Provide actual necessary analysis per PMM requirement;
16. Others assigned by FSS Manager;

REQUIRED:
1. Bachelor or college degree or equivalent;
2. At least 5 years experience with MNC and US listed company will be a plus;
3. Must have strong payables and accounting knowledge, if have cost experience will be a plus;
4. Familiar with ERP AP moudle and strong computer skills of Microsoft office products;
5. Certain ability of written and spoken English;
6. Self-starter, willingness to accept challenges;
7. More carefulness, more patience and well time management;
8. Ability to coordinate priorities and initiatives;
9. Ability to accept and deliver projects under extremely tight timelines.
10. Quick learner, hard working and self-check
11. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
12. Solid communicator.
