As an Internet Sales & Service Consultant, you are the first point of contact for our customers all over the world! Whether they are a restaurant owner in Hong Kong's Kowloon District, a fashion blogger in Tokyo or any one of the millions that use our products and service lines, you are here to help them KICK ASS on the internet! They will look to you to provide technical support. They will seek your advice on products and services that will make their webpage the most bad ass version that it can be!

    

Required:

    

1) Accomplished experience selling and servicing technology products or services to small businesses and consumers is a strong plus

    

2) Consult, recommend and enable the right online product and service strategies to help customers with their business or personal needs

    

3) Knowledge of internet, social media and/or small business is highly preferred

    

4) Excellent spoken and written communication

    

5) Strong interpersonal skills to include proven rapport building and sales techniques

    

6) Ability to deliver stellar customer service across multiple channels of contact including phone, email and chat

    

7) Meet or exceed expectations through a metrics driven performance standard. We want the best for you and for our customers!

    

8) Proven record of quickly learning several aspects of support and utilizing multiple resources in providing a stellar customer experience

    

9) English language proficiency and native language speakers in Mandarin.

    

Working time：

    

9:00-18:00, 13:00-22:00, Monday-Friday.
