1、 协助副经理完成制定与实施公司形象与品牌宣传推广策略、推广方案和实施计划，广告创意设计与投放，制定公司宣传推广计划和预算；

2、 负责公司品牌形象的管理与维护，并协助副经理制定相关管理办法，统筹与监督具体工作执行情况，指导和监控公司品牌形象执行和效果评估；

3、 负责公司标识标牌统筹管理，根据公司品牌管理办法，每月定期巡查、管理，确保标识标牌的规范；

4、 负责场馆智能导视、硬件类标识系统内容管理，维护公司对外统一的品牌形象。及时协调相关部门，收集相关内容，对内容进行编辑、审核、上传、存档；

5、 负责公司企业形象识别系统的统筹管理，根据公司品牌管理办法，每月定期巡查、管理，确保形象识别系统的规范运用；

6、 负责公司VI执行的统筹管理，组织VI系统的有效实施；

7、 负责协调、衔接公司各部门品牌形象点提升的日常工作，协助相关部门对提升内容和执行情况进行督查；

8、 负责公司宣传物料、物品的视觉形象设计、制作及执行管理。如画册、海报、宣传页、名片、彩页、网页、微信、PPT、宣传展板等）的创意、设计、编排、制作，以及供应商的沟通与管理；

9、 负责公司各项市场推广活动现场氛围营造、设计与搭建制作；

10、负责公司品牌形象照、摄影摄像、视频及宣传片制作等工作；

11、负责建立部门供应商库，统筹管理本部门合作供应商及相关档案数据库管理；

12、负责对公司外包设计、摄影、摄像服务质量的考评、监测；

13、对下属人员进行业务指导和工作考核；

14、完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，广告设计、美术及相关科系专业优先；

2、5年以上平面设计或广告/媒介公司工作经验。有丰富的媒体资源以及媒体执行经验；具有优秀品牌形象推广、公关活动的设计、组织的经验和能力；

3、了解会展广告创意流程与广告设计制作流程；熟悉广告设计辅助材料与广宣物料制作工艺；熟悉广告创意企划、执行与制作基本知识；

4、良好的平面设计理念和创意能力，熟悉Microsoft office、Corel Draw、Photo Shop等平面设计软件；熟练制作PPT和其他演讲、培训软件；具有良好的团队配合意识，责任心强，抗压能力强；有企业品牌塑造、整合、推广和维护经验；

5、形象仪态端庄。具备基础英文认知能力和印刷知识者优。

Chongqing International Expo Center

Situated in Yuelai Exhibition & Convention City, being the core of Liangjiang New Area of Chongqing, Chongqing International Expo Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Chongqing Expo") is a modern and intelligent venue combining with exhibitions, conventions, catering facilities, accommodation and events service together.
