1、根据公司总体业务规划以及年度经营目标，制定部门年度销售计划和目标，组织销售人员完成销售任务；

2、负责产品业务的销售渠道和行业应用的拓展，整合公司资源进行大客户开发；

3、深度挖掘客户需求，与其他部门互相配合，提高项目质量，不定期向研发中心反馈客户需求，协助技术团队更新、改进技术方案及方向；

4、结合公司业务现状，整合行业资源，制定各行业、领域的解决方案，打造经典案例；

5、提供项目售前咨询，完成项目解决方案及实施与落地；

6、负责制定销售的业务流程和管理机制，并不断完善和优化销售管理；

7、负责销售计划编制、执行，及业务费用预算与执行；

8、负责客户管理与分析，完善客户档案，组织售后服务，维护良好客户关系。

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历，营销、计算机、通信等相关专业；

2、至少5年以上销售经验；

3、能够准确分析并预测客户需求，针对市场变化，能快速反应；

4、具有良好的客户拓展能力；内驱力强，成就意识强
