JOB SUMMARY 

• As a workshop supervisor, mainly responsible for the daily management of the whole workshop, coordinating employee cooperation and solidarity, controlling the workshop cost and saving expenses, and controlling the quality of the products and continuously improving them. The supervisor is in charge of daily operations and maintains normal operation on site. And the supervisor should be familiar with CCC and IATF16949 quality system requirements and implement and control according to system requirements.

  作为预组装车间主管，主要的工作职责是整个现场的日常管理工作，协调员工合作与团结，控制成本节俭开支，控制产品质量，持续改善。负责处理日常事务，维持现场正常运行。熟悉IATF16949和CCC质量体系要求，并按照体系要求进行执行和控制。

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Daily overall management of workshop.

  车间日常全面管理

• Set up KPI target of workshop and ensure the target is finished.

  制定本车间KPI指标，并确保指标完成

• Achieve departmental targets set by the company.

  完成公司制定的部门指标

• Site management, quality control, continuons improvement.

  现场管理，质量控制，持续改善

• Effective control and cost reduction.

  有效控制并降低成本

• Organizational structure planning, recruitment and training of subordinates.

  组织结构规划，人员招聘及培训下属

• Customer relationship management, comprehensive coordination of customer affairs.

  客户关系管理；全面协调客户事务

• Other work instructed by superior.

  上级交办的其他工作

 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 

• Bachelor Degree in related field or equivalent.

  相关专业本科学历

• At least 3 years of work experience in the same role.

  3年以上相关领域工作经验

• Master Lean production and 5 tools knowledge.

  掌握精益生产和5大工具知识

• Good communication skills, team cooperation ability and logical thinking ability.

  具有良好的沟通能力，团队合作能力及逻辑思维能力

• Good computer/numerical skill, able to communicate in English.

  良好的计算机/数字管理技能, 能用英语日常交流

• Capable in leadership.

  有一定的领导才能
