职位描述
岗位职责：
1、责业主投诉、求助的处理；
2、负责投诉、求助处理的回访管理；
3、负责服务规范及服务质量管理；
4、负责制定物业部培训工作计划；
5、负责员工培训及服务技能管理。
岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历；
2、3年以上服务行业相关工作经历；
3、亲和力强，注重细节，有主动服务意识，较强的思考和解决问题能力、沟通、协调能力；
4、善于团队协作。熟悉物业管理常用法律法规。
