Qualification

Educational Requirements:

? A Bachelor or above degree in Engineering or relevant sciences (i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Material, etc.).

Required Skills:

? Demonstrate initiative to assume added responsibilities and ability to make decisions.

? Demonstrate self-motivation to learn process details and impact of various steps on subsequent steps and overall performance.

? Able to work efficiently independent of direct supervision

? Report writing and presentation ability

? Team building and positive attitude

Required Experience:

? A minimum of 7 years equivalent experience in the Industry of semiconductor

? At least 3 years power device project management experience, team leader is preferred.

? Demonstrates process integration knowledge for power device flows.

? Demonstrates process and equipment knowledge for at least one area in the Fab, including YE, UP & FA.

? Demonstrates a thorough understanding of all Fab processes.

?Able to discuss critical process steps and their affects on in-line data, probe yield, parametric and reliability.

? Demonstrates the ability to take a project from concept through completion with minimal guidance and/or supervision.
