1. Platform building

   1. Work with supervisor to evaluate infrastructure, resource, timeline, and budget for building ADC service platform.

   2. Assemble teams as needed to respond to business opportunities.

   3. Work together with other existing functions, teams, and platforms for internal supports.

   4. Coach/train team members and first-line managers (if any), manage and continue improve their performance.

   5. Take strong ownership on the assigned authoring, reviewing and checking tasks for the key documents.

2. Operation contribution

   1. Ensure the SOPs and WIs are strictly followed, and HSE and compliance requirements are adequately met during the project execution.

   2. Achieves a true culture of empowerment, innovation, trust, high performance and continuous improvement mind-set in the project team.

3. External management and cross-BU functions

   1. Work closely with BD and PMMs to proactively seek business opportunities.

   2. Communicate with parallel BU’s for internal support.

4. Familiarity with GLP/GMP is a plus, but not require

6.        M.S. or Ph.D. with 3-7 years of industrial experience in ADC area. B.S. with exceptional background can also be considered.       

7. Acceptable spoken and written English. Directly communication in written English is required.     

8. 1-5 years in management of ADC-related project

9. Up to date on the current development of ADC.
