职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责制剂项目文献资料收集、整理及实验方案设计和实施。
2、负责制剂处方前研究，包括但不局限于API理化性质研究、原辅料相容性研究等，为制剂处方研究提供依据。
3、根据QbD/DoE设计，进行制剂处方筛选、工艺优化和确定、包装设计、运输条件、制剂稳定性考察等制剂相关研究工作实施、评价等。
4、根据国内、国际质量管理(GMP)要求，负责制剂工艺中试和技术转移，确认和调整方案，确保项目顺利放大。
5、按照质量管理要求规范研究并做好相关记录及进行资料的整理编写归档，并撰写研究报告及制剂工艺研究相关申报资料。
6、负责相关试验仪器的使用维护等。

The business scope of Porton Pharmaceutical Division includes pre-formulation study, formulation process development, clinical supply and commercial drug product manufacturing, covering dosage forms from various oral solids to injections and high-end complex formulations. The first phase of R&D center will be put into use in the first quarter of 2020, and the multi-purpose formulation workshops designed based on FDA and EU standards are planned to be completed in 2021.
