1. Ensuring commercial success of the responsible category ( sales growth and profit) according to target set by management team.
2. In charge of buying the responsible category (development process/ order and price strategy) Reporting to Buying manager.
3. Responsible for fabric sourcing, fabric selection with CDM based on design trend.
4. Responsible of developing and maintaining garment and fabric supplier base. Ensuring competitive price, good quality as well as workmanship.
5. Salesman/development sample management - deadline management, and correct appearance.
6. Manage category buying team, balance workload and in charge of recruitment process.
7. Lead time management.
8. Constantly focusing on optimizing purchasing prices.
9. Fitting/construction; fully in charge. Make sure the category has correct fit and balance according to set standards.
10. In charge of buying plan reflecting lead-time on fabric and garment, quick response, based on category buying plan/strategy.
11. Ensure capacity through buying plan/strategy.
12. Deal with IP collections/capsules.
13. Other related work.

1. University graduate (preferable in international trade &Textile industry)
2. Above 8 years' experiences with garments company
3. Strong knowledge of fabric and production.
4. Result driven, can lead tem win together.
5. Data sensitive, good data analytic skill.
6. Strong planning and implementation skill.
7. Good English and computer skills.
8. Strong communication and negotiating skill.
9. Strong fashion mind, able to work independently.
