Job Responsibilities

· Work in partnership with the business to understand and document its business processes, issues, challenges and opportunities. Provide short-term, mid-term, and long-term solutions to business issues.

· Identify improvements to be made to existing solutions and processes.

· Deploy global application projects into the respective regions. Ensure proper application management practices are in place

· Provide customer service to the assigned business groups in whole Asia and ensure escalated operational needs are met.

· Working with Oracle Support to investigate, research, recommend and test Oracle EBS solutions and patches.

· Coordinate testing with end users. Prepare training materials and provide user training for new processes.

· Build trust and relationships with business users and leaders.

Minimal Requirements

· A minimum of 3+ years as an Oracle Business Analyst or functional consultant, supporting Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) R12 or Fusion cloud SCM Applications, including Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory and Cost management. Experience with finance modules a plus.

· At least 1+ year Oracle fusion cloud rollout or supporting experience, solid knowledge for Oracle fusion cloud structure, rollout methodology and troubleshooting approach.

· Experience in at least two large-scale Oracle implementation or upgrade projects with interface between ERP and external systems, particularly in a global environment, including one in a leadership role.

· Demonstrated solid understanding of business processes; prior business-level experience a plus; Problem Management Root Cause Analysis skills and ability to improve procedures and standards;

· Technical skills, including writing SQL and PL/SQL queries, Cloud flatform customization experience

· Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

· English language spoken and written fluency required.

· Ability to travel for global deployment and support.
