Major Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for Tax Accounting for the region;

· Coordinate and review FAS109, FIN48 and FAS 5 reports in the region;

· Assist review China tax return and assist prepare China Transfer Pricing documentations;

· Work with division finance people on preparing supporting documents for China R&D super deduction

and cross-country service payment;

· Liaise and build close relationships with regional plants on tax accounting matters

· Ensure timely and accurate reports for management review

· Other assignments as required

Qualifications

· Bachelor Degree, major in auditing/accounting, CPA or CTA or ACCA or CIA or equivalent

· Familiar with US tax accounting, US GAAP and China GAAP, preferably overseas working experience or

in Big 4, at least 2-3 years' related experience in tax

· Proficient at Excel, PowerPoint,Word

· Strong communication in English and Mandarin

· Team player,be initiative and responsible

· Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Be able to travel locally between sites as well as overseas
