1. Lead multiple projects from getting customer services requirements to enabling orderability, meeting overall TAT and quality goals.
2. Provide consultancy to the sales team on identifying the right services and solutions according to customer`s requests.
3. Involve the right stakeholders, set the right expectations, communicate process steps and timelines.
4. Participate in Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Solution Design with customer and HP teams, assist in opportunity qualification and risk assessment.
5. Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing guidance related to configuration services and engagement process.
6. Run feasibility with relevant teams to find out if the customer`s requirements are feasible.
7. Drive and coordinate the services delivery with WW Engineering team, Product Data team, and factory teams
8. Track the details about the project progress, drive the communication with customers and sales.
9. Coordinate the proof of concept with the customer and factory.
10. Manage escalations effectively (if a technical problem, delay or customer escalation) by driving the resolution plans 

任职要求：

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent field

Experience in IT industry and/or Supply Chain would be an advantage

Customer engagement related experience would be an advantage

Strong planning, organizational and time management skills.

Project management skills and associated tools (i.e. MS Project)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to effectively communicate plans, proposals, and results.

Strong leadership skills (driving attitude, results-oriented, proactive follow-up).

Experience supporting a network environment with VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, ESXi, and VDI.

Expert-level knowledge in programming language(s); ASP, ADO, .Net, Java, HTML, Perl, C/C++, C#, PHP, etc.

Experience in managing projects under WCF, REST, JSON, XAML, and XML frameworks, web programming and SOA, API management.

Experience with Microsoft Windows Services and SQL/TSQL.

Deep knowledge of Linux, Windows Client Imaging and Deployment, MDT, OSD, WDT

Familiarity with common scripting languages (PowerShell, WMI, Batch Files)
