PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
－To review & manage Tower Field Service QA & HSE systems in China, its applicability to local statue and implementation within the live business environment.
－To provide assistance to Site Services operation in developing technical proposals in response to customer queries in accordance to company's QA & HSE manuals.
－To introduce QA & HSE best practices for both site equipment & operations.
－To conduct regular QA & Safety Internal Audits to ensure that the highest standards are being observed.
－To train staff on use of QA & HSE procedures, where required.
－To obtain and be accountable for OSHAS 18001 certification.
－To prepare and maintain a library of Welding Procedures.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE经验和知识要求
－Licensed Engineer with at least one (1) years in QESH.
－Minimum 1 Years of experience in petrochemical, Oil & Gas Plant.
－Site service experience is preferred.
－On field or design background is preferred
－College degree or above, majored in mechanism.
－Certified safety officers will be added advantages.
－Fluent in English
－Knowledge and Experience in Welding & mechanical fitting.
－Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office software
－Working knowledge of the AutoCad and solid work is a plus.
－Strong verbal and written communication skills, must be able to anticipate and immediately communicate problems in performing the essential job functions and responsibilities;
－Team work in multinational company
－Willing to travel within short notice
－Able to work independently
－Able to travel in short notice
