岗位职责：

1、协助项目经理执行RPO项目人才的招聘工作；

2、对目标人才进行电话沟通、面试；

3、完成项目经理安排的其他工作。

岗位要求：

1、高校在校生，课余时间充裕（每周至少最少能出勤4天，周一至周五都能出勤者优先）；

2、吃苦耐劳，责任心强，能适应高强度的工作压力；

3、良好的电话沟通能力；

4、在工作任务繁重期间，可接受适当的加班；

5、有招聘工作经验优先。
