岗位职责：

 工作内容

（1) Leading and driving all aspects of BD activities, including project sourcing, valuation, negotiation, due diligence, deal structuring and closing as well as the ensuing alliance management.

（2) Actively building network within the industry and exploring collaboration opportunities. Maintaining excellent and constructive relationships with partners.

（3) Quickly evaluating business development opportunities, including product evaluation, market analysis, competitive landscape etc. and with support of other team member, developing business plan and financial modelling.

（4) Following the Company’s BD and portfolio strategy to execute with speed and results.

任职要求：

职位要求

（1) Good understanding and network within the China/global pharmaceutical industry.

（2) Bachelor or Master Degree or PhD, preferably in related scientific subjects (medical study, pharmacology, biology, etc.). Master degree is strongly preferred.

（3) 5+ years’ work experience, at least 3 years’ experience in BD or strategic development. Experiences in MNC or Consulting are strongly preferred.

（4) Good understanding of the business development process. Solid and data-driven analytical skills with experiences in market evaluation and project modelling in order to produce a meaningful BP.

（5) Strong coordination skills and ability to lead and drivecross-functional team.

（6) Excellent communication and presentation skills.

（7) Proficient in both written and spoken English. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PPT.
