Job Description：

· Builds strong relationships with clients to collect and analyze their requirments;

· Track realization process of clients’ requirments and excute acceptance testing;

· Conduct system training to clients;

· Properly cooperates with sales department to provide trading and technology pre-sale services;

· Performs quantitative trading strategy research and tesing as assigned by clients.

Qualifications：

· Full-time undergraduate diploma or higher, Fiance, Computer Science or Mathmatics majors are preferred;

· Knowledge of software development and database manament is required; knowledge of SQL is required; experience with at least one programming language: C++/java/C# /Python/Matlab /R;

· Demonstrate initiative in your work and high degree of learning, analyzing and problem-sovling ability;

· Must be an excellent communicator and be able to work with team awareness.

任职资格：

· 全日制本科及以上学历，金融、计算机、数学相关专业优先；

· 了解软件开发流程和数据库等基本原理，熟悉数据库SQL语言，至少熟悉C++/java/C# /Python/Matlab /R其中一种语言，具有较扎实的编程基础；

· 具备较强的主动性及快速学习、分析和解决问题的能力；

· 具备良好的人际沟通能力，有团队意识。
