岗位职责：

? Supporting the elaboration of the test concepts, the test strategy (for e.g. determine test category, test methodology, tools etc.) according to the process and methods of BMW.

? The creation of appropriate test cases including test script (preferably reusable). Each functional and technical requirement must be covered by at least one test case.

? Documentation of the test cases in the tool specified by the BMW. 

? Determination of errors in the test tool with complete communication of the error to the involved developer.

? Monitoring of the progress in the test tool and communication with the involved parties.

? Rough and detailed planning of the tests and the creation of the test manual.

? Coordination, execution and support of the test, including module test, integration tests, system tests and user acceptance tests, load and Performance Test, regression tests, etc.

? Provision of test environments, data, tools.

? Planning of the connection of central and de-central systems.

? Conducting test-related gateways (kick-off, test gateway entry, test gateway exit, test termination), documenting relevant decisions.

? ALM account creation.

? Test case imported into ALM/X-Ray and track test case execute status 

? Track defect status in test management system.

? Test briefing including HP Application Lifecycle Management tool/X-Ray training.

? Daily report and daily status review meeting (Wrap-up).

? Monthly report

? Issue (test relevant) handling and escalation handling.

任职资格：

? At least 5 years of test experience, including at least 2 years of test management experience

? ISTQB certification required

? Rich experience and knowledge on software test methodology, especially Test in Agile/DevOps environment 

? Experience in test management tools (ALM/X-Ray)

? Experience in projects of BMW China will be an advantage

? Experience and knowledge in Automation Testing

? Knowledge in automotive industry and wholesale / retail processes, or in automotive finance industry, will be an advantage

? Fluent in English and Chinese, both oral and written, are mandatory

? Good communication skills, team spirit, fast learning skills and willingness

? Be able to work multi-tasking under high pressure

? Analytical minded

? Local resource in China for on-site support
