工作职责:

1、负责封装以及PCB板的设计的信号完整性/电源完整性的前仿真和后仿真， 以达到设计需求。

2、参与并且评估不同部门(芯片/封装/PCB)的设计，并提供解决权衡的方案。

3、负责提取模型参数的提取，完成封装设计的sign-off。

4、对比仿真的结果和实际测试的数据，优化仿真精度。

Task & Responsibility:

1, Responsible for PKG and PCB SI/PI Pre-layout simulation to provide the design guideline; simulation for the layout file to make sign off

2, Involve the die design/package design/PCB design, provide the overall most optimized solution

3, Extract the model and provide the simulation result and sign-off the PKG layout

4, Compare the SI result and test data and optimize the simulation precision.

任职资格:

1、大学本科及以上学历，硕士优先；通讯工程、电子电气、半导体、微电子等专业；

2、有坚实的电磁学理论和传输理论知识；有信号完整性/高速数字信号/电源完整性的知识加分；

3、熟练掌握下列工具中的一样或者几样（Cadence Sigrity PowerDC，PowerSI，Speed2000，SystemSI，OptimiziPI，Ansoft Siwave，Q3D，HFSS，Apache Sentinel PSI/NPE，Agilent ADS，Synopsys HSPICE）；

4、在Design House有做过仿真的经验，2年以上工作经验（封装厂，基板厂也可以）；NCG如果在校期间有从事过仿真的，也可以考虑；有存储类产品仿真经验的加分；

5、对于各种封装形式有所了解，知道不同类型的封装文件如何导入；知道die的IO文件如何导入；

6、英语六级，口语优秀加分；普通话能正常交流。

Requirements:

1, Bachelor or above education, master is preferred; major in communication engineering, mechatronics, Electronic and Electrical, semiconductor, microelectronics etc. ;

2, Solid fundamental of electromagnetics & transmission; knowledge in signal integrity / high speed digital signal / power integrity is a plus

3, Skillful in one or more software in the list: Cadence Sigrity PowerDC, PowerSI, Speed2000, SystemSI, OptimiziPI, Ansoft Siwave, Q3D, HFSS, Apache Sentinel PSI/NPE, Agilent ADS, Synopsys HSPICE

4, More than 2 years’ experience in design house (subcon or substrate factory is also acceptable); NCG with SI/PI experience in education is also acceptable; working experience in memory product field is also a plus
