1.负责制订每年的工程部维保计划和巡检方案的总体要求（空调系统和给排水系统），并负责审核网格管理团队制订的维保计划和巡检方案，同时根据巡检管理流程定期对分管专业内的重点设备和危险点进行检查。

2.负责市政职能部门的工作对接。

3.对空调系统和给排水系统部分运维和项目施工工作中的课题和难点给予技术指导和支持，针对“负面清单”或网格化管理团队无法执行的任务需单独编制技术或工程实施方案，并对任务进行签发和监督。

4.制订公司及部门的节能措施，每月分析检查空调系统和给排水系统设施设备运行的状态和能耗数据，控制公司基础和展会演出运行能耗。

5.指导网格管理员不断提高空调系统和给排水系统设施设备运行效率，及时记录运行数据和分析，并将分析结果用于优化运行维护，严格控制水电气等成本支出。

6.为网格管理团队进行技术和业务培训工作。

7.收集和归档技术文件。

8.进行部分前瞻性的技术准备、积累和开发，并有效用于部门工作。

 9.完成上级布置的其它临时任务。

任职要求：

1.电气、自控、机电一体化、计算机及相关专业本科及以上学历优先。

 2.有5年（含）以上大型物业空调系统和给排水系统管理经验或2年（含）以上机工程设计/安装经验。

 3.较系统的掌握本专业基础理论和技术知识，熟悉本专业规范、标准。

4.能独立编制专业技术方案，提出专业化的技术管控措施。

 5.熟悉各种物业机电设备的工作原理及安装、运维。

 6.熟悉电控、变配电系统的设计、安装、运维。

7.能制定空调、给排水各子系统完善的运维方案。

8.熟练使用office软件和Autocad等制图软件。

9.良好的沟通、协调、组织能力；服务意识强、工作踏实、主动，应变能力强；能承受较大的工作压力，能接受经常加班。

Chongqing International Expo Center

Situated in Yuelai Exhibition & Convention City, being the core of Liangjiang New Area of Chongqing, Chongqing International Expo Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Chongqing Expo") is a modern and intelligent venue combining with exhibitions, conventions, catering facilities, accommodation and events service together. The 16 exhibition halls of Chongqing International Expo Center provide 200,000 sqm of column-free, ground-level indoor exhibition space.
