CRM SPECIALIST
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Work closely with agency and other internal teams to build up CRM platform and set up effective CRM work flow and follow up
? Support the Marketing and sales departments in CRM training, using and implementation
? Regular CRM reports to provide analysis and insights for company's business expansion and guarantee an efficient report frame for Marketing and Sales department
? Cooperate with BU to propose and generate programs/campaigns by using CRM system or data targeted towards customers and improvement of customer loyalty and satisfaction
? membership management and technical support
? Work closely with digital marketing team to develop the data pool, and improve the conversion rate.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
? Bachelor Degree or above
? 3-5 year experience,ideally from B2B industry/medical industry/ CRM agency, with a sound understanding and experience of setting up the CRM platform, developing CRM program and using CRM tools
? Proven expertise in CRM platform, work flow, and membership management.
? Well expertise in EDM, SMS, DM, online and etc.
? Able to take initiatives and make things done independently.
? Previous experience in CRM vendor management is preferred
? Experience in IT and technical knowledge is preferred.
? Excellent cross-functional communication skill
? Fluent English speaking and writing.
