1. General Description

  

- Responsible for sales support, including:

  

Handling customer inquiries & complaints

  

RFQ / Tender Management

  

SOP setup

  

 

  

2. Job Duties:

  

- Prepare quotations and respond to rate enquiries of external customers as well as overseas counterparts

  

- Coordinate all relevant information with OP dept. for new business

  

- Act as a customer contact window for pricing and requests, and coordinate with OP dept. for pricing topics, scheduling and shipping instructions

  

- Maintain customer relationship in alignment with sales, including coordinating complains and quotation follow-up

  

- Back-up for customer related matters during the absence of outside sales

  

- Collect potential customer information and submit monthly report (optional)

  

- Act as pricing knowledge center of Branch (optional)

  

 

  

3. Skills Required

  

- Knowledge of International Trade, Transportation and relevant Laws, Regulations, Process and Procedures

  

- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin

  

 

  

4. Experience and Qualifications

  

- University graduated or above

  

- Minimum 2 years working experience in logistics industry with operation background, among which minimum 1 year experience in Sales Administration/Key Account
