Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for a defined territory or client set and meet/exceed targets and goals.

Working with various sources to protect TSS logo base revenue by on time renewal, develop new sales opportunities and drive them to closure.

Digital Tools and Social Media will play a big part in how you engage, interact and influence your clients.

Strong personal drive and ambition to make you stand out.

Build your network of contacts both within IBM and your client base.

Through continuous personal development you will become a subject matter expert and act as an influencer and trusted advisor for your clients.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Languages: Chinese & Well oral / written English skill.

Minimum of 1 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the IT Services sector.

Skills in sales pipeline progression and forecasting, using CRM systems.

Social Media presence and can demonstrate how you use social media tools in your sales role.

Well communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

A high level of energy, initiative and commitment is required to enable you to work in a complex, fast moving and challenging environment.

Required Education : Bachelor's Degree
