GA Accounts Management:

• to ensure that GA Accounts of CMA CGM are developed and served well all-around CHINA

• to ensure business development of all GA accounts, finalize a business plan for each account and monitor the developments and results through the year.

• to ensure the smooth co-ordination between Shanghai and Branch contacts for efficient service offered to Global Accounts

• regular visits to GA accounts (Chinese counter parts of the Global Accounts)

• define and administrate business SOPs for each account with GA desk manager, to the CC network and in agreement with each GA Account

• To act as an entry point for HO/RO and Global network for necessary assistance

• to put in place and monitor the Coordination of the regular booking forecasts per equipment types by the GA team with customer and Trade teams + logistics teams in Shanghai.

• extra space application

• to involve in global tenders when needed (local window towards customer regional decision maker)

• off tender biz development and entry point to customers

• local PIC for rate dispute and DND dispute regarding GA biz

To work together with GA desk manager:

• to support as local window for global Tenders

• to select necessary local info upon request from HO / SSC Tender teams

• to conduct regional / local talk or F2F meetings upon request by customer and HO KAMs during tender

• to identify awarded business of completed tenders and work out local target for each China POLs

• to develop more potential biz and act as local contact for off tender biz

• set up locally required Special Quotation and circulate rates to CMA CGM agency network

• to achieve a set target Volume and support on data analysis

• to maintain an appropriate level of contact with Head Office and Customers

Required Experience & Skills

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree, with 5+ years of relevant working experience in shipping industry; Global sales or customer care is plus.

2. Sound record within the industry and being familiar with China shipping market with extensive relationship

3. Possess commercial skills, professional, autonomous with strong ability to drive forward

4. Business acumen and results oriented, analytical, resourceful and able to work in a highly dynamic environment

5. Good communication/negotiation/reporting skills

6. Fluent in English and mandarin
