职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Main responsibility is analog / mixed signal IC layout.
2. Floorplaning and top-level routing.
3. Layout verification (DRC, LVS).
4. You will communicate and get directions from the analog design engineers to ensure high quality.
5. Provide mentorship and training as needed to junior designers and drive local design methodologies and practices.
Education/Skills:
1. BSEE/MSEE with Minimum 3-year analog layout experience.
2. Good English communication skill is required.
3. Semiconductor/Device/Circuit background .
4. Understanding of layout impact on device matching, noise coupling from signal, supply and substrate.
5. Understanding the importance of signal flow, power/ground structure and block placement in layout floor planning.
6. Familiar with reliability design, such as ESD, latch-up.
7. Knowledge of high voltage device and process.
8. Proficient in IC verification tools, like diva, Dracula, and related rule files.
