Responsibility:

1- Responsible for service operation cost and expense (cost center related) analysis/control

2- Responsible for service operation hourly rate calculation (planned & actual)

3- Responsible for all necessary analysis and support on service and parts related project/business

4- Responsible for general region reports, arrange meeting (WIP, AR) with region staff.

5- Effective communication with customer service departments, working as a business partner to related function.

6- Cost/ benefit analysis of potential project raised by customer service team

7- Support to develop business process to ensure the business compliance

8- Business procedures & guideline & policy documentation for region

9- Provide regular financial training to non-financial people

10- Revenue generation project tracking/analysis/reporting

11- Business issues identification & improvement

12- Provide ad-hoc analysis as required by Customer Service manager

13- Responsible for normal commercial tasks, which including offer & contract process, project execution monitoring.

Qualification:

1- At least 5 years working experience in finance and/or Business position

2- University degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent. 

    CPA qualification is preferred

3- Earnest, stable & initiative; good communication,A challenging, questioning attitude.

4- Strong negotiation skills Logical & analytical, strong learning ability- Microsoft Office skill (especially Excel & PPT,   

     better to know SAP B1) 

5- Good command of English in both oral and written practice. 

6- Experience in Commercial Area or related learning background, working experience with similar position in a heavy 

     construction machinery environment is a plus.

7- Knowledge related to Contract Law, Financial & Accounting, Business Trade, is a plus
