职位描述

Responsibilities:

？Provide high level customer IT support for Office staff (including foreign members...)

？Provide high quality technical support including desktop computers, software, mobile devices etc.

？Manage meeting room management system, meeting projection, printers, including configuration and troubleshooting.

？Technical support including Windows/Mac/IOS/Android

？Constantly optimize the desktop service support model and enhance the service level with suggestions and requirements

Requirements:

？Experience in providing high-quality desktop, Helpdesk or technical support in a professional service field.

？Great experience in providing a high quality end user technology service.

？Troubleshooting experience in windows Desktop (Win/7/8/10), MS Office, Mac...

？Experience with end user desktop technology project management including upgrade, implementation, and change.

？Excellent customer service personality and communication skills

？Self-motivation and highly desire exploration on innovation project or technical solutions

？IT related Bachelor Degree.

？English communication capability is highly preferred; you will be working in a global environment with many English speakers.

？Virtual desktop management experience is preferred
