?This role is client facing, identifying and developing new clients as well as leveraging existing client relationships to support the diversification and expansion of our environmental and occupational health and safety (EH&S) compliance services as well as leading and supporting their delivery.

?Projects will be across a range of sectors including construction, automotive, aviation, banking/financial services, chemicals, upstream oil and gas, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and solid waste management. Input will range from technical lead with major project input to adhoc specialist support from identification of the sales opportunity, bid preparation and submission and following award through to execution and delivery.

任职要求：

?Minimum of 12 years specializing in EH&S subject areas, preferably within an environmental consultancy. 

 在环境与职业安健行业中有至少12年的工作经验，***有环境顾问的经历；

?Works collaboratively and develops positive relationships with key contacts within the business to support sales, project delivery and team management.

 有合作意识和能力，能够与关键的行业联系人建立良好的关系来协助公司的业务拓展，项目交付和团队管理；

?Deliver sales of EH&S services including opportunity identification, solution design, proposal development and costing, compliance with business governance, issue of proposals and client follow up, as well as transition of opportunities/bids into delivery phase.

 能够通过识别机会，设计解决方案，完成项目计划和成本估算，合规性管理，招投标，项目交付以支持和拓展公司的相关板块业务；

?Support to the SEC business (compliance & management systems, due diligence and sustainability) on EH&S focused opportunities and projects.

 通过环境安健的项目和机会的工作，协助支持凯谛思SEC业务链（合规性管理系统，尽职调查，可持续发展）；

?Farming of work with existing clients and internal networking within the Arcadis business to develop opportunities to deliver EH&S services through existing clients.

 通过对凯谛思的现有客户和关系的了解，来发掘环境和安健相关服务的机会，并加以发展；

?Delivery of EH&S projects, working with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery, consistency and quality of the outputs.

 交付相关的项目，与项目经理合作来确保及时，连贯性和有质量的交付；

?Ensuring project bids are profitable and meet or exceed financial targets and, where involved in delivery, throughout the project lifecycle.

 确保项目投标盈利，在项目生命周期内符合或超高经济预期；

?Undertaking project deliverables/report reviews in compliance with our business quality systems.

 负责项目交付/报告审阅以满足我司的质量系统要求;

?Developing EH&S capability area – focus on quality, consistency and timely delivery.

 完善环境和职业安健的能力，关注质量，连贯性和按时交付；

?Familiarity working in multiple provinces and knowledge of local regulations.

 熟悉各个省市的相关法律法规以及工作流程。
