职位描述
岗位职责：
1、 负责调研客户对对于国内铁路运输的物流需求，根据需求进行物流产品的规划与设计；
2、 负责国内物流供应商的引入、询比议价、及合同谈判；
3、 负责物流方案与产品的初期落地实施，引导操作与供应商、客户、班列公司及其它相关方组织实施，确保方案成功；
4、 负责与班列公司及相关部门的协调工作；
5、 负责与其他运营部门的协调和管理工；
6、 负责铁路运输物流产品成本分析与规划；
7、 负责协助铁路运输IT产品的设计与开发；
8、 协助业务开发客户，或可单独开发客户并谈判。
任职要求：
1、具有本科及以上学历，市场营销、国贸、物流管理类或其他管理类相关专业；
2、有中欧班列运输相关工作经验或者有丰富的铁路运输资源及管理经验；具有较强的学习能力，并能独立处理相关事务；具有较强的成本意识，能够有效控制运输成本；有良好的语言表达能力、沟通和谈判能力；
3、英语使用熟练，抗压能力和沟通能力强。
