1. Job Summary 职位简述:

The Buyer&Planner take the responsibility on oversea purchasing order placing and tracking, production order management, delivery planning and forecast, to ensure the OTD by taking every possible actions from the whole chain include final customer side, with his/her own knowledge and skills to contribution values to company. 采购&计划工程师负责进口采购的订单下达与追踪，生产订单的管理，发货计划和预测，通过发挥其自身的技能，采取针对包括客户在内的整个供应链的一切可能措施，保障准时交货率，从而为公司提供价值。

   1. Order confirmation on time rate 销售订单的按时确认

   2. Sales OTD management 销售订单的准时交货率

   3. Oversea purchasing tracking & OTD 进口采购订单的按时追踪&准时到货率

   4. Customer satisfaction 客户满意度
      
      

2. Main responsibilities 主要职责

   1. Oversea purchasing 进口物料的采购

      1.  Place purchasing order to Italy plant on time according to sales/production order and forecast in right way 依据销售或生产订单的需求，及时正确地向意大利工厂下达采购订单。

      2. Tracking purchasing order to report to sales and production regularly to sure the OTD 定期跟踪采购订单确保其准时到货，必要情况下向销售和生产沟通协调。

      3.  Make forecast according to related information to Italy plant monthly 每月更新采购计划。
         
         

   2. Production order and delivery management 生产订单及发货管理

      1.  To drive order running from contract to cash 从订单开始到关闭的全程驱动

      2. Create production order in system according to sales orders 根据销售订单建立生产订单

      3.  Review open production orders regularly, arrange on-time delivery according to customer service input with doing everything with any possibilities. 定期管理未关闭生产订单，根据客服输入，尽一切可能措施来安排准时发货。

      4. Continuously monitor risks in supply chain and warning timely 持续监控供应链风险并及时预警

      5.  Coordinate related work with planning, divisions, in & ex warehouse for on-time delivery. 协调与规划，部门，进出仓库相关的工作，以便按时交付。
         
         

   3. Sales order confirmation 销售订单确认

      1.  To assist customer service to confirm sales contract delivery date timely
         协助客服人员及时进行销售订单的交期确认工作

      2. Monitor the actual delivery, and inform customer service timely for any changing of delivery. 监控实际发货的变动情况，并及时反馈给客户

         
         
         

   4. Others 其它

      1.  Ensure the safety and complete all the training and learning tasks required by the company in a timely and efficient manner. 确保自身安全，及时高效完成公司要求的培训和学习任务.

      2. To run activities according to the company Code of Conduct, Environment Health & Safety (EHS) and Quality Policies, and work according to company related system. 工作中要严格遵守公司行为守则，EHS政策和质量政策，以及公司相关管理制度
