Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for recruitment process and procedures implementation, be involved into enhancement actions.
2. Communicate with HR manager closely to understand position role and responsibilities, provide effective advises to hiring manager for effective solution in talent acquisition.
3. Search and screen candidates, facilitate interviews, propose offer and follow up hiring process. Accomplish recruitment KPI.
4. Develop recruitment channels, build up talent pool and optimize recruitment efficiency
5. Manage recruitment documents and data, periodically review and analyze recruitment data and find insights
6. Be responsible for recruitment project implementation, such as campus recruitment, internship program, etc.
7. Support manager to consolidate recruitment data and headcount data.
8. Support other Human Resources functions and projects.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor or above, more than 1 years working experience in recruitment. Experience in MNC manufacturing environment is a plus.
2. Be familiar with MS Office.
3. Good command of English both in writing and speaking.
4. Eager learning, aggressive to achieve better performance.
5. Good communication skill and team spirit.
