INTRODUCTION OF SCENTAIR 

We are the largest scent service provider in the world with business covering over 109 countries. We are now expanding our sales team in China with positions available to cover various regions such as Western China (based in Chengdu or Chongqing), Northern China (Beijing), and Eastern China (Shanghai). 

Currently expanding throughout China and with our office in Shanghai, we are inviting high caliber inside sales professional with drive and initiative to join our team as:

Customer Experience & Inside Sales Representative

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·         To actively close new RMR from inbound leads, penetrate existing accounts with assigned threshold through outbound calls to achieve new RMR target

·         To own the ontime and successful existing contract renewal of all existing contracts.  Partner with responsible KAM or AE to achieve contract renewal for Strategic Accounts

·         Implement VoC (Voice of Customers) Program - Customer Satisfaction Survey to collect generate customer insights.

·         Execute Lead Generation Programs designed by Marekting to ahcieve the planned ROIs.  Perform Lead Qualifications according to SOP and pass on leads to responsible KAM, AE, or Distributors

·         Collaborate with APAC marketers in the periodical verticals audit and gathering of customer insights(e.g., customers’ taste, perference, buying behaviors, changing market development, as well as competitive environment)

·         Build and Manage Relationships with key stakeholders within the DISTRIBUTOR (if any) in the responsible region(s) according to the regional channel strategy and directions

·         Lead and Own the customer complaints resolutions results and process

·         Build opportunity pipeline by using salesforce to provide transparent and up-to-date view of opportuntiy pipeline of the region

  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

 Tertiary education 

 3+ year Insides sales experience perferrably in business-to-business environment. Experience in Customer Service Role is preferred

 Strong teleselling or telemarketing skills (not transactional selling).

 Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across the business.

 Result oriented, outgoing personality.

 Fluent spoken Mandarin.  High proficiency in written English and Chinese

 Confident in communicating to customer virtually.

 Computer literacy and familiar with Microsoft Excel,  Word, and Powerpoint and Salesforce application is preferred

?         Communicate efficiently and effectively to superior and colleagues in all functions required a need to perform duties
