Responsibilities:

1.Directly report to foreign department heads, assist Apparel Product development Team to deal with daily admin works, including schedule arrangement, financial reimbursement, project follow up and other issues;

2.  Organize selling meetings every season, including arrange and decorate the meeting site, stage construction, arrangement of part-time models;

3.  Product delivery date follow up, make weekly report and present to buying head and commercial director.

4. Communicate and coordinate with other departments, follow up related project;

5. Collect and calculate KPI data for bonus pay-out references;

6. Ad-hoc work.

                            

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, major unlimited.

2. Above one year above work experience, excellent graduates are acceptable.

3. Good English skills with both oral and written, be able to work directly with foreign leaders.

4. Skillfully using office tools, such as excel/word etc.

5. Good communication skill, good team work spirit.
