1. Provide market, product and strategic direction through qualitative and quantitative research on competitor dynamics, market trend, application demand, customer expectation, etc.

2. Based on the analysis of competitors, and market demand, formulate the company's product definition, determine the sales and marketing strategies, plans and plans, so as to promote the products to the market.

3. Cooperate with the R & D team in developing and solving solutions to pave the way.

4. Establish a short, medium and long-term industrial refining cooperation ecosystem.

5. Establish a successful measurement standard for new products, and plan to track the progress of product and roadmap.

6. Use qualitative and quantitative research, customer satisfaction and performance feedback to provide information for future product feature development.

7. Team building and management.

Job requirements:

1. Major in marketing、science & engineering or microelectronics, bachelor degree or above, good English ability;

2. Strong program management experience, self-motivation in a fast rolling environment, and successful program operation experience.

3. More than 10 years of program management or business development experience, at least 8 years of product service experience in semiconductor or electric industry.

4. Strong communication and management skills, successful creative expression of internal and external partners, strong leadership skills and talents in team management.

5. Understand the experience of driving strategy from qualitative and complex quantitative market research.

6. Proactive, good at coordination, communication, loyalty, unity, good at thinking, strong sense of responsibility and career, and good spirit of cooperation.

7. Adapt to cross-border business trip, and work in mainland and Taiwan.
