岗位职责：

1、市场调研及竞品分析，制定销售策略及推广计划，能熟练使用站内外推广渠道进行引流并进行 产品推广；

2、深入分析欧美市场数据，提炼产品卖点及结合用户痛点优化listing；

3、在产品推广时期通过分析产品表现以及广告数据，调整运营方案，提高产品销量和排名；

4、分析销售数据，记录退货及坏货情况，制定FBA备货计划，并保持良好的FBA库存周转率；

5、目标导向。合理拆解并达成业绩目标；维护账号安全；

6、根据产品市场接受度，客诉反馈，主动推进产品优化与改良。

任职资格：

1、大专以上学历，英语四级及以上，读写能力强；（至少懂一门外语，小语种优先）

2、1年以上亚马逊经验，能独立运营帐号，对亚马逊运营有自己的见解和心得；

3、主动积极，数据化思维，逻辑清晰，有一定市场敏锐度；

4、熟悉Excel公式函数，拥有基本的数据分析能力。

底薪：6000元/月，可根据经验水平上调，住房补贴1000元/月，加销售提成，提供午餐，五险一金。
