职位描述：

1.负责线上店铺的售前/售中工作，解答客户问题促成订单，提升销售；

2.处理售后问题，包括投诉、物流、中差评处理等；

3.店铺的日常维护，协助优化店商品描述、库存等；

4.宝贝图片美化，上下架、产品信息编写、描述；

5.协助领导安排的其他事宜；

职位要求：

1.会基础的ps（熟练者优先）

2.有淘宝、天猫、京东等电商平台工作经验优先；

3.熟悉office办公室软件，特别是excel；

4.工作责任心强，善于学习，有团队合作精神；
