1、协助座椅工程师根据产品开发进程要求，按时保质地进行产品开发；

2、协助制定设计方案。力求在保证功能、外观要求的情况下成本最低；

3、完成产品数据、图纸和材料清单（BOM）表等工程技术文件；

4、协助处理客户提出的问题并参与解决；

5、负责协调样品制造，客户交样和文件准备；

6、及时总结座椅开发过程中发生的问题和经验；

7、与供应商和部门工厂联系，提供技术支持。

岗位技能：

1、良好的团队协作精神，为人诚实可靠、品行端正；

2、熟练使用UG或CATIA、office软件进行工作；

3、外向、有较强的亲和力；

4、英文文档熟练；

5、从事过机构设计、模具设计，有座椅设计经验优先。
