职位描述
The Technical Trainer Specialist (Sr. Technial Trainer) assists learners in gaining maintenance and troubleshooting skills of electron microscopes. The learners consist of field service engineers and Global Technical Support specialists. The Technical Trainer Specialist will develop close relations with colleagues from Global Tech Support, Customer Service, R&D, Manufacturing, and Customer Training.
As a Technical Trainer Specialist (Sr. Technical Trainer) you will be responsible for:
- development technical training of electron microscopes,
- delivery of skills-based classroom training,
- delivery of interactive hands-on training using electron microscopes,
- managing the learning curves of the trainees, either by individual interactions or by classroom activities, and
- Help other trainers developing technical knowledge and skills as well as teaching skills.
You will be working in a multi-cultural environment:
- learners from all over the world
- colleagues from the US, China, Netherlands, the Chech Republic, Bulgaria, Belgium, and Japan.
The Requirements and Required Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or other
relevant degrees,
- Candidate must have a hands-on mentality, love high-end technical complex tools, and be able to solve complex problems,
- Fluent in English (verbal and writing), other language skills are an asset,
- People-skills, know how to bring colleagues, learners, and engineers to work together in a dynamic and multicultural environment,
- Understand how people learn and capable of imagining yourself as a learner,
- Teamwork
collaborate with others and getting-things-done mentality, and
- Be able to travel customer sites to deliver “a-la-carte”-training requests needed.
