1. 策划、开展实验工作，有效分析实验结果，开发新的粉末/UV涂层平台技术和产品。

2. 与合成、配方、加工和应用紧密合作，在规定的时间内交付成果。

3.与所有区域的商业和技术团队建立和维护网络，积极沟通平台项目进展情况，推动技术转移至卓越粉末中心。

4. 建立并保持对粉末/UV涂层技术、工艺、市场和客户的了解。

5. 时刻关注客户和市场的最新需求、大趋势和竞争环境。利用这些理解提出新的平台项目来支持有机增长；同时还提供对定义、确定范围和验证平台项目的持续支持。

6. 通过书面和口头总结、涂料报告和门评审更新来维护和沟通结果

Position Title: Industry Coatings Chemist Current As of: September 2019

SBU/Staff Dept: Industrial Coatings Region/Location: Tianjin

Fundamental Purpose

1. Plan, conduct experimental work and analyze experimental results effectively to develop new powder/UV coating platform technologies and products.

2. Work closely with synthesis, formulation, processing and application to deliver results against aggressive timelines.

3. Build and maintain a network with commercial and technical teams in all regions. Proactively communicate the progress of platform projects. Drive technology transfer to Powder Center of Excellence。

4. Build and maintain an understanding of powder/UV coating technology, processes, market and customers.

5. Stay up-to-date to customer and market needs, mega trends, and competitive landscape. Use these understandings to propose new platform projects to support organic growth. Also provide continued support in defining, scoping and validating platform projects.

6. Maintain and communicate results through written and verbal summaries, coatings reports, and gate review updates.
