1．公文管理。负责组织公司文件的制作、收、发、传阅、催办、立卷归档以及OA文件系统的管理； 负责以公司名义对外的文件、报告、总结的文字审核和修改工作。

2．会议管理。负责制定完善会议室管理规范，统筹安排公司会议室，定期检查会议设施设备，确保会议室正常使用； 负责公司行政办公会等会议的衔接安排、组织协调、记录纪要等工作；指导其他部门的会议组织工作。

3．政务信息管理。及时收集、传递、发布各项政务动态，包括一周工作安排临时会议安排。负责公司工作简讯类、专报类、动态与建设类、新闻类等政务信息的报送和管理工作。

4．接待工作。组织接待工作制度的起草和修订、宣贯；组织实施公司行政事务来访、重要客人来访及大型参观访问事项的接待；指导其他部门的接待工作。

5．工作计划管理。负责制订部门发展规划，制定和执行年度、季度、月度等工作计划，并分解至各岗位。

6.综合事务管理。负责部门信息化及综合行政事务的管理，包括信息化建设、接待、部门会务、部门文件管理、部门数据报表管理等。

7.差旅费管理。负责制定差旅费管理办法，购买公司出差人员的机票，审核各部门差旅费用标准。

8.领导交办的其他任务。

任职要求：

1.本科及以上学历，行政管理、中文、新闻专业优先。

2.5年以上工作经历，3年以上企业行政管理工作经验。有大型企业集团或国有企业办公室工作经验优先。

3.对企业管理、公务接待、公文写作等具有丰富的实践经验；掌握信息收集与整理、数据统计与分析等相关专业知识和工具；熟悉企业行政运转流程；熟悉国家及地方与就业相关的法律法规和政策；对管理学、经济学等知识有一定了解。

4.具备较强的沟通协调能力和计划组织能力，信息敏感度高，计划性强，细致严谨。

5.有较强的文字表达能力，掌握各种公文处理流程及常用公文的写作。熟练使用Office办公软件。

Chongqing International Expo Center

Situated in Yuelai Exhibition & Convention City, being the core of Liangjiang New Area of Chongqing, Chongqing International Expo Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Chongqing Expo") is a modern and intelligent venue combining with exhibitions, conventions, catering facilities, accommodation and events service together. Chongqing Expo is currently the largest professional complex of exhibition and conference in western China, which as well is a domestically unique park, cultural and ecological venue, embracing the exquisite environment with cities, forests and natural scenes.
The 16 exhibition halls of Chongqing International Expo Center provide 200,000 sqm of column-free, ground-level indoor exhibition space.
