工作描述

Job description：

1. CLC活动前期准备工作:  合作方执行和教务团队对接, 活动进度跟进、物料采购等

Be responsible for City-wide Life Club preparations： coordinate with vendor and academic team、follow up every process, purchase、 materials etc.

2. CLC活动现场执行相关工作,确保活动顺利按计划进行

Be responsible for City-wide Life Club onsite executive work and ensure the event work smoothly as planned. 

3. CLC活动后续报道: 照片筛选，回顾文案编辑等

Be responsible for City-wide Life Club follow-up report：selecting photos, writing promotional articles.

4. 部分CLC策划工作

Assist with City-wide Life Club planning work

5. 每月对各校区的LC活动产出情况进行数据追踪、分析，报表制作等

Track and analyses production data of each school and deliver monthly reports

6. 协助Mickey进行区域员工活动筹备及执行工作

Assist with Mickey in support and management of regional staff events and all preparation and onsite executive work.

7. 负责管理城市级语言应用俱乐部微信公众平台

Manage Wechat group of CLC

Personal profile：

1. 有较强的客户服务意识，了解客户端需求及应对投诉的能力。

Has strong sense of customer service，be capable to satisfy the needs of customers and deal with complains。

2. 有较强的中英文文案写作能力，会制作H5页面&运作微信公众号。

Has strong writing skills both in Chinese and English, be able to make online H5 page and oprate wechat account

3. 有较强的中英文沟通能力，能主动积极地去通过有效沟通解决问题。

Has strong communication skills both in Chinese and English, be able to solve problems by effective communications.  

4. 对时尚，艺术或运动有独到品味和洞察力，有一定的设计能力，若能应用CDR、AI、PS***.

Has good taste of fashion, art or sports. A Plus if the candidate has good sense of design and can use CDR、Ai、PS.

5. 工作细致，注重细节，热心积极

Be meticulous, pay attention to details, has positive attitude.

6. 有较强的执行力、抗压能力和应变能力

Has excellent ability on execution、resistance to pressure and be capable for urgent situation.

7. 有较强的自学能力、对新事物的洞察力和求知欲

Great abilities on self-study, great sense on new things and highly willing to learn new things.
