职位描述


  

  • Develop process in new programs. Initiate cost/ investment budget on program proforma; process develop according to Program development process; production and general facility build up; and provide packing solution;

  

  • Develop/transfer process for new products by designing, purchasing of new equipment or facility upgrade. Ensure that production method meet capacity, quality and EHS requirement. Directs the design, development and/or improvement of manufacturing processes and equipment for an assigned area.

  • Analyze product designs for best method of manufacture.

  • Specify, design & purchase tools, fixtures for process improvement.

  • Develops the Capital Investment Plans for new programs.

  • Follow project schedule. Keep tracking each step to ensure all the projects on time.

  • Make the lay out of production line and facility according to requirement.

  • Directs the development of APQP Documentation such as Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA’s, Process Control Plans, Standardized Work Instructions, etc, Implement ECN management and maintain production BOM in SAP system.

              

  • Responsible to drive continual Improvement (CI) to existing Value Streams. Optimize process to reduce Cycle time (typically Bottle Neck process) continually, update WI, Standard operation process; manage PLC program, drive cost reduction activity; Researching new process technologies.

  

  • Identify and implement manufacturing cost reductions and productivity improvements. Lead and support the activities of process improvement i.e. Kaizen, etc.

  • Plan prioritize and budget manufacturing engineering and continuous improvement projects for the plant.

  • Determine optimum plant layout and process flow to achieve optimal output.

  • Develop relationships with equipment vendors to improve customer service, response time, etc.

  • Determine manufacturing scope and requirements in new-business quotes, APQP and product launches.

          

  • Lead Management Technical Change (MTC) process to the Passed-PPAP programs;

  • Responsible for installation and management of tools and fixtures;

  • Build up a team environment.

  • Functional support plant Manager for broad issues.
