职位描述
1.根据公司业务需要建客服团队。
2.根据公司业务需要进行线上线下客服服务体系建设。
3.带领客服团队做好日常网络营销及客户服务工作
4.推动实施客户服务规范和制度
5.团队管理，负责客服团队的日常管理、监督、指导、培训、评估和考核。
6. 适当处理服务的故障和客户的投诉处理，控制消费者满意度的跟踪及分析。
7.客服数据的搜集和反馈，进行客户需求分析；
8.全方位优化客户服务质量。
9.跨部门协调的疏通，流程的制定及持续优化
客服主管任职条件
1.本科以上学历;
2.具备5年以上客服工作经验，3年以上客服管理工作经验;
3.具备健康管理的基本知识，熟悉业内项目/产品情况;
4.具备专业的客服知识，精通客服管理以及熟悉客服操作流程;
5.具备较强的观察能力以及解决问题的能力;
6.具备优秀的公关能力，工作认真，具有责任心。
