ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  

1. Coordination of the Development Team on behalf of the Chief Engineer

2. Coordination and deliverables tracking of the external engineering services supplier

3. Coherence between the technical characteristics of the project and the Sub System Technical Specification agreed with the customer

4. Integration of product and process design through activities of simultaneous engineering

5. Coordination of Technical Departments (Design, Testing, Controls & Components, After-treatment Systems and Cost Engineering), to reach the targets stated for the project

6. Technical interface to Customer’s engineering dep. for operational and technical tasks related to assigned projects

7. Planning and execution of engineering activities on machines ensuring project miles

8. Coordination of Engineering Functions for integration execution

9. Track down Functional and durability validation of PWT on machine/Test Bench

10. Problem solving for machine incidents

11. Monitoring and reporting maturity growth of integrated PWT

12. Integration with Quality for effective development / field claims configuration and solution

13. Report project status to management and other FPT departments outside PE

                            

Requirements:

  

1. Degree in Engineering

2. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

3. Fluent English required;

4. Strong background in engineering drawings, data acquisition / post-processing, engine application, combustion, dimensional / quality verifications

5. +5 years’ experience in project management / application / functional development in the specific competence area (engine), with expertise in vehicle integration / Customer Management

Ltd. , Fiat Powertrain Technologies and Chongqing Heavy Vehicle (Group) Co., Ltd. The company was established in June 2007 and locates in CETZ, Chongqing .

The business of joint venture will be to design, develop, assemble and produce the engines and their parts and components, and supply spare parts and related after-sale services.
